Altitude is Hamilton Central’s home for events.  When you walk upstairs you’re greeted with space galore, and more than enough decibel power to fill it.  A high ceiling, and mezzanine floor give more than enough room for your average events.  With an enormous main bar, a side bar and a bar on the mezzanine, beverages fly at you from everywhere if you’re feeling dry.
Altitude has it all, a sound system you feel on the dance floor, rock the house down at a gig, or even just a PA system no-one can miss, the quality just excels.  So whether it’s a birthday, wedding reception, auction, gig or anything you can dare to think of (even had a flying fox) Altitude will make it come true.

Gravity is lined with a warm wooden interior fitted with an open fire, pool table and furnished with class.  Gravity’s versatility can be shown outside too, with a bar leaner for all and booths for those not as eager to wear in their shoes. Tied together with a large bar extending to both areas and filled with a plethora of alcohol, Gravity can cater to small and medium size functions, as it can flex between cozy and spacious accordingly.

Whether its a Birthday, Engagement, Wedding Reception, Work Function, Christmas, Anniversary or Farewell Party, this is the perfect place for you!

We have many options available, depending on your requirements
& can hire out any part of the venue.
ALTITUDE BAR

We have a MEZZANINE FLOOR in Altitude that looks over the main dance floor.  There are 3 leaners with stools, 6 couches and a separate bar & toilet.  This would be suitable for parties up to around 60 people (comfortably).

Then we have the MAIN FLOOR of Altitude that is also available.
It has a large stage area and dance floor, along with 10 bar leaners and stools.

Altitude’s total capacity is 600 people, however with tables and chairs/stools the capacity would reduce. We have 13 bar leaners and stools.  We can also use some of Gravity’s café tables and chairs if required.

GRAVITY BAR (beneath Altitude):

Our bar downstairs has a large indoor/outdoor area which can be hired out.
This bar has a classy atmosphere, and has a fireplace in a raised corner lounge inside.

Gravity has a capacity of 340 for the whole place, however 300 is more comfortable.  (ie: ‘inside area’ & ‘outside area’ would both hold approx 150 people each)

Between ALTITUDE & GRAVITY,
we can facilitate anything from 50 to 900 people.
Whether it be live entertainment, private/corporate functions or other events, we can tailor to whatever needs are required.
You are only limited by your imagination.
